Meet Kirsten Masrelian! She is the center director at Stepping Stones Early Childcare. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, a field of psychology with a minor in Family Studies. She also holds a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Kirsten has been working with children since she began her bachelor’s degree at Eau Claire in 2007. During her time in college Kirsten worked with special needs children through a clinic on campus as well as in daycare. Additionally, Kirsten volunteered her time to be a site coordinator through Blugold Beginnings, working in elementary schools to provide afterschool tutoring and support to elementary school students. Kirsten created Stepping Stones to bring a small-scale, personable but high-level daycare to her area. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
