Our dedicated and professional team nurtures while educating infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children in a welcoming child friendly environment. While here, our children work to develop positive social skills and values and learn about the world through age-appropriate play, projects, and activities. Stepping Stones provides a stable and secure learning environment that fosters a solid foundation for continued lifelong success.

We are committed to the recruitment and retention of diverse employees and families within our childcare center. By creating an environment that welcomes all cultures, genders, socio-economic and races, we are also creating a positive, safe and educational environment. We believe that the diversity of children, families and educators help to enrich the experiences of all. Our curriculum aims to expose children to both visible and non-visible diversities which are present within our communities. Teacher’s will help facilitate children’s development of self-awareness and help to build positive social identities.

As a small, boutique childcare center, we are focused on your child's individual development. We pride ourselves on low ratios and high quality staff. By staying small all faces become familiar, helping create a safe and comfortable environment for your child to explore new individual and social challenges. Being supported by our staff, your child will have the ability to learn at their own pace, make and maintain relationships with peers, and navigate through infancy, toddlerhood and their school aged days. Treating each child like our own and making you and your family feel welcome and supported is an important core philosophy to our program.
